Classroom Dress Code:

Parent and Me:

Parents wear comfortable clothes; dancers wear dance attire or comfortable clothes that allow for movement, dancing and tumbling…All can go barefoot, socks, ballet shoes…

Female Dancers:

Tiny Tots:

ONE or TWO piece DANCEWEAR; pink, tan, or black dance tights for Ballet; PINK leather ballet shoes (any brand and style), Bloch tan tap shoes (Style #S0352).

Ballet ALL Levels:

ONE piece black leotard; Dance TIGHTS are MANDATORY, preferably pink; Pink ballet shoes (any brand and style); No cover-ups-ballet skirts are allowed.

Beginner Levels:

ONE or TWO piece DANCEWEAR for jazz/lyrical/tap; Pink, black, or tan dance tights; Pink canvas or leather ballet shoes (any brand and style) are MANDATORY; Tan Bloch Pulse jazz shoes; Tan Bloch buckle tap shoes (Style #S0352).

Intermediate Levels:

ONE or TWO piece DANCEWEAR for jazz/lyrical/tap; Pink, black, or tan dance tights; Pink canvas or leather ballet shoes (any brand and style) are MANDATORY; Tan Bloch Pulse jazz shoes, Black Bloch or Capezio tap shoes.

Advanced Levels:

ONE or TWO piece DANCEWEAR for jazz/lyrical/tap; Pink, black or tan dance TIGHTS are MANDATORY for Ballet (TIGHTS are NOT required for subjects outside of ballet); Pink canvas or leather ballet shoes (any brand and style) are REQUIRED; Tan Bloch Pulse jazz shoes; Black Bloch or Capezio tap shoes.

Pre-Teen/Teen Levels:

ONE or TWO piece DANCEWEAR. Pink, black or tan dance tights; Pink leather or canvas ballet shoes are REQUIRED; Tan Bloch Pulse jazz shoes; Black Bloch or Capezio tap shoes.

Male Students:

T-shirt, shorts, sweatpants, dance pants; Black ballet shoes are MANDATORY; Black Bloch Pulse jazz shoes; Bloch or Capezio tap shoes.

Acro/Tumbling:

ONE or TWO piece DANCEWEAR are REQUIRED; students will go barefoot; QUESTIONS? Please see Miss Megan.

Hip Hop:

Comfortable clothes, dance outfits, leggings, sweats…MUST be able to move; CLEAN tennis shoes, jazz shoes or barefoot is allowed; Hair can be worn as you choose.

Adult Dance, Workout, Fitness:

Comfortable clothes, dance outfits, leggings, sweats, etc…MUST be able to move. CLEAN tennis shoes, dance shoes or barefoot is allowed. If you choose to wear dance shoes we recommend Pink canvas or leather ballet shoes, Bloch Pulse jazz shoes tan or black, and Block or Capezio black tap shoes.

ALL CLASSES:

ALL HAIR MUST BE WORN UP and off the neck in all classes (excluding Hip Hop), secured tightly and bangs MUST be out of eyes. High ponytails, braids and buns work GREAT!!! NO TOYS, dangle earrings, necklaces, and bracelets IN CLASS. Please NO big t-shirts or baggy gym shorts IN CLASS. Students should wear some type of cover-up clothing and street shoes when arriving and leaving the studio. Do NOT wear dance shoes from the car into the studio! QUESTIONS??? Please see Ms. Ashley.
